Billy Napier Obituary

Billy Wayne Napier age 59 a resident Hodgenville, KY, passed away suddenly on February 12, 2026, at Baptist Health in Hardin, KY. He was raised in his hometown of Harlan, KY.

Billy was born on March 3, 1966, to Burley Napier, Jr. and Luverna “Pat” Napier in Harlan, KY. He believed in the Church of God faith.

Billy is preceded in death by his Mom, Luverna “Pat” Napier and his nephews Mindle “Bud” Davidson III and Justin Ray Napier.

Left to cherish his memories is his dad Burley Napier, Jr. (Patricia) of McMinnville, TN. His brother Bobby Ray Napier (Cathy) of Richmond, KY. His sisters Sherry Lynn Collins of Hodgenville, KY, Shelia Ann Brown (Duane) of Woodbury, TN and Jessica Nicole Romines (Joe) of Bradyville, TN. Billy has several Uncles, Aunts, Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, Great Nephews, and Cousins. He has a special relationship with his Uncle Terry Branson.

The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00am on Saturday, March 7,2026 at the Church of The Living God, 711 N. Highway 413, Baxter, KY 40806. Services will begin at 1:00pm with Reverend Darrell Turner and Terry Branson officiating. His Celebration of Life will be continued at Resthaven Cemetery after the services conclude.
